PREVIOUS TATTOOING/ PERMANENT MAKEUP:

  • I understand that if I have had previous permanent makeup in the area, the results are unpredictable and not guaranteed. It is impossible to determine the amount of pigment that remains in the skin and the extent of skin damage and scar tissue present, all of which will affect pigment retention.
  • We are extremely selective when working on existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work. If you have been previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of the areas for approval (info@swankyinkandskin.com) BEFORE booking in for your appointment. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last session, how many sessions you received, the business, andthe  artist who performed your service

It depends on the individual, their type of chemo, and treatments. To avoid infection and promote proper healing, a letter from the doctor is required to confirm the recommended timeline that is appropriate to be tattooed.
  • Facial waxing should be performed no later than two days before the procedure and no sooner than 7 days after.
  • No alcohol consumption 24 hours prior to the procedure – Alcohol intake blocks anesthetic and prolongs bleeding.
